1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of apolloparks.com and to any enquiry you send us through it. By browsing the site or getting in touch, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

2. Who We Are

Apollo Parks develops and operates entertainment parks for cities: giant Ferris wheels, light and lantern parks and dino parks, planned together with municipalities and local partners. Our office is at House of Business, Bem József utca, 1027 Budapest, Hungary.

3. What You See on the Site

Projects, photographs, videos, capacities, timelines and other figures on this site describe our work and our approach. They are for information only and are not an offer. Every park we build or run with a city or partner is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out the scope, location, schedule and commercial terms.

4. Project Enquiries

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, it reaches us directly. An enquiry does not commit you or us to anything. When we share proposals, site studies or concept designs with you, they are confidential and remain ours until an agreement says otherwise.

5. Our Work and Our Name

The Apollo Parks name and logo, our park concepts, lantern and sculpture designs, 3D models, photographs, videos and the design and code of this site belong to us or are used with permission.

• You may view the site and share links to it.
• You may not copy, reproduce or adapt our designs, concepts or imagery, or use them to build or promote another attraction, without our written permission.
• Names and marks of the cities and partners we work with belong to them.

6. Visiting Our Parks

These terms cover this website only. Tickets, opening hours, safety rules and conduct inside a park are set by the park itself and shown on site or at the point of sale. Please follow staff instructions and posted rules when you visit.

7. Using the Site Fairly

You agree not to:

• Try to gain access to the site, its server or any connected system without permission.
• Disrupt the site, for example through automated scraping or excessive requests.
• Send us unlawful, misleading or harmful content through the contact form or by e-mail.

8. Other Websites

The site links to services we do not run, such as our social media pages and the studio that built this site. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

We keep the site accurate and available with care, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes arising from them fall under the competent courts of Budapest, unless a written agreement between us says otherwise or mandatory consumer law gives you another option.
