Together we find the right city, the right site and the right partnership model. With municipalities and private landowners we set up long-term lease and revenue-sharing models.

Every park is designed around a concept made for its city and its site. We stay on site after opening: safety, maintenance and visitor experience are managed under one roof.

From the first land meeting to opening day, you always work with the same team. We never hand a project over.
