1. Who Is Responsible

2. What We Collect

We keep what we collect to a minimum:

• Enquiries: when you contact us, we receive your name, organisation, e-mail address, topic and message. The form sends these to us directly, and they are stored on our server so that we can reply.
• Technical data: like any website, our server records basic request data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

3. Why We Use It

We use your enquiry to reply to you, discuss a possible park and prepare proposals, which are steps taken at your request before an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We use technical data to protect and run the site, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. It stores two small items in your browser:

• Your sound choice, so the site remembers whether you turned audio on.
• Whether you have seen the opening animation, kept only until you close the tab.

Neither contains personal data, and you can clear both in your browser settings at any time.

5. Services We Rely On

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, and some scripts from jsDelivr and unpkg. Your browser connects to these providers to fetch them, which shares your IP address with them. Our social media pages are run by their platforms under their own policies.

6. Who We Share It With

We do not sell personal data. We share it only when needed: with providers who host our site and e-mail, with a partner or municipality involved in your project once you agree, or with authorities where the law requires it.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, or for as long as an agreement with you requires and the law obliges us to keep records. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

8. Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to us and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH) or the authority where you live.

9. Security

We protect the data we hold with reasonable technical and organisational measures and limit access to the people who need it to answer you.

10. Children

This site is meant for cities, partners and organisations. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our site or practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
